Terms and Conditions

Welcome to V S Electronics. By opting for our TV repair services in Mira Road East, Mumbai, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope

V S Electronics provides repair and maintenance services for LED, LCD, Plasma, and Smart TVs. We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that are beyond economical repair or for which parts are obsolete.

2. Estimates and Inspection Fees

A nominal inspection charge is applicable for home visits and diagnostics. This fee is adjusted against the final bill if you proceed with the repair. Estimates provided are subject to change if additional faults are discovered during the repair process.

3. Spare Parts

We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts. The warranty on spare parts (if any) is provided by the manufacturer and typically ranges from 1 to 3 months, depending on the component (e.g., Backlight strips, Power boards).

4. Warranty Policy

We provide a limited warranty on the specific "repair work" performed. This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage or liquid spillage after the repair.
• Fluctuations in voltage or lightning damage.
• Internal panel cracks discovered after the set is moved from our sight.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to inspect the TV thoroughly upon delivery/completion of service. V S Electronics is not responsible for any pre-existing physical damage not noted at the time of pickup.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair. we accept Cash, UPI, and Online Transfers. Devices not claimed within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal to recover costs.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane/Mumbai.
